Definition : Control authority
Control authority : The control authority or client is the instructing party (government, community, business…) for whom the acrobatic and aerial rope access works are performed. This concept, like the contracting authority, finds its origins in the construction sector. The control authority assistant is an individual or legal entity who has received the authority to legally and financially represent the client.
